cooking, Cleaning &amp; sanitizing, Receiving &amp; storing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Housekeeping (TOPS):<\/strong> 7 step cleaning process<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Safety:<\/strong> Hazards &amp; incidents, Ergonomics, Slips trips &amp;
